Winterization - $175

  • Fresh water winterization with RV antifreeze (up to 2 gallons included)
  • Anode rod inspection if applicable
  • Complimentary roof inspection
  • Trip charges may apply if more than 30 miles from De Soto, KS


Basic Fall Maintenance - $199

  • Timed pressure drop test for propane leaks (subject to appropriate access)
  • Inspect and clean house batteries and connections 
  • Verify battery voltage and converter operation 
  • Roof inspection 
  • Visual inspection for nests in propane appliances 
  • Price includes 1/2 hour of additional labor to address any issues found (parts extra) 

Premium fall maintenance - $350

  • Includes all of the above (Winterization + Basic Fall Maintenance)
  • Electrical system safety inspection. 
  • Up to 1 hour of labor to address any additional issues (parts extra) 
  • Over $500 value 

* Additional trip charge may apply if more than 30 miles from De Soto, KS.
