Flush out any antifreeze from freshwater system.
Fill freshwater tank and sanitize system using ¼ cup of bleach for every 16 gallons of water. Run through all fixtures until you smell the bleach. Let set for 12-24 hours and then flush thoroughly with fresh water.
Flush out water heater per manufacturer guidelines.
Switch water heater bypass valves to proper operational settings.

Check fire, propane, and CO2 detectors and replace per manufacturers’ guidelines. Most are recommended to be replaced every 5 to 9 years.
Check for propane leaks that may have developed over the winter by performing a timed pressure drop test with a manometer. This should be done by a trained professional.
Check for mud dauber and wasp nests in propane appliances.
Check the condition of tires and inflate to proper air pressure. Tires should typically be replaced every 5-7 years regardless of tread condition.
Torque lug nuts to factory specifications.
Ensure fire extinguishers are in working order and not out of date.

Change oil, oil filter, and air filter in generator.
Change out air conditioner filter.
Clean evaporator and condenser coils on air conditioner and lubricant fan motor shaft.
Lubricate gears on antennae.
Clean and lubricate slide-outs per manufacturer guidelines.
Inspect roof condition and repair any cracked caulk or skylights.
Check the water level in batteries and add distilled water as necessary.
Check that all exterior lights are in working order.
Check the condition of anode rod if you have a steel water heater tank (generally Suburban water heaters have them and Dometic don’t).
Test the air conditioner performance. Generally, the temperature on the output side should be 16-20 degrees colder than the air going into the unit.
Carefully check all areas of the interior ceiling, walls, and floors for any signs of water intrusion.
